2. Estimates, Scheduling & Changes

2.1 Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered.

2.2 Service appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.

2.3 Clients must provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times.

2.4 Any changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.2 Leo’s Flooring is not responsible for delays or damages caused by undisclosed conditions.

6. Workmanship & Limited Warranty

6.1 Leo’s Flooring stands behind the quality of its workmanship for a limited period, as outlined in your service agreement.

6.2 This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage caused by moisture, pets, furniture, misuse, or improper maintenance
• Pre-existing structural or subfloor issues

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Leo’s Flooring shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered, except where prohibited by law.
